Nutella Banana Crêpes
15 MIN • 620 KCAL • 52G PROTEIN
Serves 1
Protein-packed Nutella-banana crêpes — thin, golden crêpes filled with protein chocolate spread and fresh banana. A massive 52g of protein that tastes like dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 30 g vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 40 g oat flour (ground oats)
- 120 ml low-fat milk
- Pinch of salt
- A little butter or coconut oil for the pan
- 40 g protein chocolate spread (protein Nutella alternative)
- 1 banana, sliced
Instructions
- 1
Whisk the eggs, protein powder, oat flour, milk and a pinch of salt in a bowl until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
- 2
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes so the oat flour can absorb the liquid — it should be slightly runnier than pancake batter.
- 3
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little butter. Pour in a ladle of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
- 4
Cook each crêpe for 1–2 minutes per side until golden, then stack them on a plate.
- 5
Spread each crêpe generously with the protein chocolate spread and top with banana slices.
- 6
Fold into triangles, drizzle with a little extra chocolate spread and serve warm.
