We process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interests) GDPR.

This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Lovable (Cloudflare Workers). When accessed, technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL) is processed to deliver the site and defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, the data you submit (name, email address, message) will be stored to process your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, at the latest after statutory retention periods.

For payment processing we use the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. During a purchase, the data entered in the order process (name, email, payment information) is transmitted to Stripe. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We use technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website (e.g. session and security cookies). These do not require consent. In addition, we set analytics cookies based on your consent (see section 8). You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of your use of the website.

The following data is processed in particular: truncated IP address (IP anonymization enabled), pages visited, time spent, click paths, traffic sources (e.g. search engine, referrer URL, campaign parameters), approximate location (country/region), device and browser information, and pseudonymous user and session IDs.

Purpose: statistical evaluation of the use of our website, analysis of traffic sources and optimization of our content and offers. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG, which you provide via our cookie banner and can revoke at any time with effect for the future.

The data is processed on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) and may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on this framework and additionally on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Retention period: maximum 14 months, after which the data is automatically deleted.

We link to our TikTok profile @thetrendera. Data is only transmitted to TikTok when you click the link. The respective providers are responsible for data processing on the linked platforms.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes in our services, e.g. when introducing new services.
