Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

Expiration of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium (e.g. e-books as a download), the right of withdrawal expires once we have started performing the contract, after you have
- expressly consented to us starting to perform the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
- acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
By confirming at checkout and gaining immediate access to the download, you give this express consent and acknowledge the expiration of your right of withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract in time, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
