Oreo-glazed high-protein donuts — soft, chocolatey baked donuts topped with a creamy cookies & cream protein frosting and crushed chocolate sandwich cookie. Only 75 kcal and 9g of protein per donut.
Ingredients
- 40 g oat flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 20 g sweetener
- 100 g vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120 g vanilla or plain Greek yogurt (for the frosting)
- ½ serving cookies & cream protein powder
- 1 crushed chocolate sandwich cookie (cream removed)
Instructions

Mix the batter: combine oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sweetener. Add the Greek yogurt, egg and vanilla extract and stir until combined.

Fill the donut mold: divide the batter evenly between the donut cavities and smooth the tops.

Bake until the donuts are cooked through, then let them cool completely.

Make the frosting: mix the Greek yogurt with the cookies & cream protein powder until smooth and creamy.

Top & enjoy: spread the frosting over the cooled donuts and finish with crushed chocolate sandwich cookie.
