Cottage Cheese Ice Cream with berries — a creamy, protein-packed vanilla ice cream made in the blender with just cottage cheese, honey and vanilla. Only 190 kcal and 27g of protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g frozen berries (optional)
Instructions

Add the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend everything until completely smooth and creamy — no lumps left.

For a berry version, blend in the frozen berries or swirl them through at the end.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth out the top.

Freeze for at least 3–4 hours until firm.

Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then scoop and serve — topped with extra berries and a drizzle of honey if you like.
