Greek Chicken Protein Bowl — juicy oregano chicken over a creamy lemon-yogurt base with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta and Kalamata olives. A fresh Mediterranean bowl with around 48g of protein per serving, ready in about 12 minutes.
Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ cucumber (approx. 100 g)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 30 g Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper
Instructions

Season the chicken breast with oregano, salt and pepper.

Sear the chicken in a hot pan with a little olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, then slice.

Cut the veggies: dice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Stir the yogurt base: mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper until creamy.

Spread the yogurt base into a bowl.

Put it all together: arrange the sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cubes and olives on top.

Finish with an extra sprinkle of oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
