
Chicken Gyros Bowl

High protein chicken gyros with tzatziki and homemade protein flatbread — juicy, flavourful and packed with 82g of protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 180 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 175 g low fat Greek yogurt (100 g marinade + 75 g tzatziki)
- 10 g garlic
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander powder, pepper
- ½ cucumber, freshly grated
- Fresh dill
- 60 g flour + 1 tsp baking powder
- 75 g low fat Greek yogurt (for the flatbread)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Fresh parsley
Instructions

Marinate the chicken with 100 g Greek yogurt, lemon juice, 5 g garlic, salt, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander and pepper. Rest for at least 20 minutes.

For the tzatziki, mix 75 g Greek yogurt with 5 g garlic, grated cucumber, dill, salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

For the flatbread, knead flour, baking powder, salt and 75 g Greek yogurt into a dough, roll it out and cook it in a dry pan until puffed and golden.

Bake the chicken for 20–25 minutes at 220°C, or cook it in a pan or air fryer until charred at the edges.

Fill the flatbread with chicken, tomato, red onion and parsley, add tzatziki, roll up and serve.
